Privacy Notice

Current status

Kylum Technologies is a pre-incorporation project and is not yet a registered company.

The website is a preview. No services can currently be contracted through it, and this notice will be reviewed and updated when the intended company is incorporated.

Contact form

The contact form remains visible as a preview of the future website. When Submit is selected, the browser displays an unavailable message and does not transmit the contents of the form to Kylum Technologies. The application does not intentionally collect, use, or store information entered in that form during this phase.

Direct requests to the form endpoint are rejected before the application reads the request body or uses it for form processing. Network and hosting infrastructure may still process technical request metadata as described below.

Technical information

When any website is visited, its hosting and network infrastructure may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, request time, and security or diagnostic events. This information is used only to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the preview website, not for advertising or behavioural profiling.

At the effective date above, the website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, or non-essential tracking cookies.

Language preference

If a visitor selects a website language, that preference is stored locally in the visitor's browser. The language-preference feature does not transmit that selection to Kylum Technologies.

Direct email

If someone chooses to email contact@kylum.tech, the email address, message, and any information voluntarily included will be received through the email provider. It will be used to read and respond to the correspondence and for related security or administrative purposes. Sending an email does not create a contract or client relationship.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive, health, financial, or regulated information.

Providers and disclosure

Hosting, network, and email providers may process information on behalf of the pre-incorporation operator to provide their services. Information is not sold. It may otherwise be disclosed where reasonably necessary for security, to investigate misuse, or where required by law.

Providers may process information in the countries where they operate. Provider locations and any required international-transfer arrangements will be reviewed before the contact form or contracted services are enabled.

Retention

Technical records are kept only for the operational and security periods configured for the hosting environment. Direct email correspondence is kept only while reasonably needed to handle the conversation, security, or legal and administrative requirements. A fuller retention schedule will be published before the official service launch.

Questions and requests

Privacy questions or requests concerning information sent by direct email can be sent to contact@kylum.tech. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances and governing law.

Changes to this notice

This notice may change as the website and business structure develop. The current effective date will be shown at the top of this page. A revised notice identifying the registered operator and the live production data flow will be published before the contact form is enabled.
